Therapy requires you to be committed to the change process, and to optimise session content. Therapy is a process, which may require a few sessions for measurable success. Your success will be greater if you willingly prepare and allow for this. Even though one session can be incredibly effective, for committed fundamental change, approaching it with the understanding that it could require a number of sessions stands you in good stead.
Albeit a very powerful and successful form of change work, hypnotherapy and NLP are active change techniques, which require, and are dependent upon, both you and me collaboratively working towards achievement of your desired outcome. Every session is an active session with both you and me applying our intentions to you achieving success, so you should be prepared to make the effort to make that change a reality.
You may be asked to listen to audio recordings relating to making your desired outcome more achievable, or you may be asked to complete other tasks between sessions. These are designed to help you gain the most benefit and not doing these may to reduce the effectiveness of your results.
There is considerable variation in the difficulty, intensity, and severity of the issues people use me for. Therefore, there is no general formula by which to gauge or predict how much improvement can be achieved, nor the timeframe within which this change occurs. I work intently with the client to help them create generative change for themselves, which can happen very quickly or more slowly. Small changes become big changes over time creating more and more difference in your thinking and feeling, changing your behaviours and outcomes. It may be possible to have a clearer idea of requirement by the end of the initial consultation.
Hypnotherapy downloads are not recommended for anyone experiencing mental disorders or illness. Never listen to or play hypnosis recordings whilst driving or operating equipment, always select a safe and secure environment in which to listen to them.
