Transformational Breath®
Breath deeply, until sweet air extinguishes the burn of fear in your lungs and every breath is a beautiful refusal to become anything less than infinite.

TRANSFORM your thinking
Be TRANSFORMED in how you feel and believe about yourself
Experience TRANSFORMATION in your life
Better Breath, Better Life!
Breathing comes naturally right? We don’t have to think about it, we just do it -don’t we? Or do we? We breathe in – then out – then in again and this means we stay alive.
Well, we certainly stay alive if we continue to breathe, but does our breath allow us to feel as alive as we might wish to?
How do you breathe? Do you breathe deeply, or shallowly? Fast or slow? Do you hold your breath before you inhale or exhale?
The way you breathe is as unique to you as your fingerprint and can have a huge impact on the quality of your life, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Your life experiences have shaped your breathing as much as they have your thoughts about yourself and if we are limited in our thinking this somehow shows up in the way we breathe. Equally, if we breathe better, we create better things for ourselves.
Transformational Breath® is a fully integrative and instinctive experience which enables you to:
